MQ45 — Terms & Policies

1. Purpose of MQ45

MQ45 is an AI-powered application that assists users in generating MetaTrader Expert Advisors (EAs), indicators, scripts, and trading-related tools from user-provided instructions. The service is educational and experimental in nature; it does not provide financial advice, brokerage, or professional investment management.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• You confirm that use of MQ45 is not prohibited by the laws of your country.

3. Risk Disclaimer

Trading foreign exchange (forex), CFDs, and other derivatives carries a high level of risk. Generated EAs and indicators are provided "as is" and may contain errors, bugs, or logic gaps. They do not guarantee profitability.

• Always backtest and demo-test before deploying in live trading.
• MQ45 is not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities, or damages resulting from use of generated tools.
• You are solely responsible for trading decisions and compliance with your broker or platform rules.

4. User Responsibilities

• Use MQ45 only for lawful and permitted purposes.
• Test and validate all generated code before using it live.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or manipulate the platform or its APIs.
• Comply with the terms of your broker, MetaTrader, and any third-party services used.

5. Ownership & Licensing

By using MQ45 you receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the AI-generated code (EAs, indicators, scripts) for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions below.

• You are responsible for ensuring any distribution, resale, or commercial use complies with laws and platform rules.
• MQ45 retains ownership of its platform, models, and non-identifiable aggregated data used to improve services.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features may require payment or a subscription. Payments are processed through third-party providers. Refunds are handled according to applicable law and the provider's policies.

We may change pricing or subscription tiers with notice to active users.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MQ45, its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or loss of data.

MQ45’s total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Privacy & Data

We collect personal information necessary for account management and billing (e.g., name, email, payment details). We may log inputs and outputs (strategy descriptions and generated code) to improve the service and for safety monitoring. We will not share personally identifiable strategy content with unauthorized third parties.

Payments are handled by third-party providers; your payment data is subject to their privacy and security practices.

You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting support.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or otherwise misuse the platform. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Policies at any time. Changes become effective when posted in the application or on our website. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction you select when you create your account or as otherwise specified in our legal notices. Please consult local counsel if you are unsure of the applicable law.
